Supplier inaugurates new base boasting gym, pool, spa and gardens, while also surpassing the landmark staffing number

EveryMatrix has opened a new headquarters in the heart of Bucharest as the supplier also confirmed it had passed the 1,000-employee mark.
The new hub, situated near University Square in Romania’s capital, first saw ground broke in 2022 and includes a gym, spa, pool, garden, and several other amenities spread across six floors.
The 7,500 sq m space, which was developed by Strabag Real Estate, sees the supplier remain committed to Romania, having first put down roots in the nation in 2004.
The space also offers electric car charging points to encourage staff to switch to electric vehicles.
The building also received LEED V4 Gold green certification for using environmentally friendly building methods and materials and implementing construction practices that minimised environmental and human health risks.
Alongside the opening of the new development hub, EveryMatrix confirmed that it has surpassed the 1,000-employee mark. The number of staff at the supplier has ballooned in recent years, with headcount increasing by 90% from 525 in 2020.
Ebbe Groes, EveryMatrix CEO, said: “Building our own HQ has been very exciting but has equally involved a great deal of work. This is our first purpose-built office here, so its opening, combined with our 1,000th employee, represents a special moment in the company’s 16-year history.
