Videoslots continues C-suite revamp with new CFO
Clive Spiteri joins operator from Push Gaming as Videoslots names new finance chief to complement fresh marketing, commercial and operations leaders

Videoslots has named Push Gaming head Clive Spiteri as the operator’s new CFO to complete its refreshed C-suite.
Spiteri joins the firm from Push Gaming where he has served as director of finance since November 2021.
Videoslots said Spiteri had played a “pivotal role” at the supplier, including developing automation initiatives which led to improved time savings and enhanced data.
The exec previously spent time in the banking sector, with spells at the Bank of Valletta, HSBC and Novum Bank Group on his CV.
The move to bring in Spiteri will see current Videoslots CFO Matthew Muscat move on, having led the finance team since January 2023.
Explaining his focus as CFO, Spiteri said: “As the CFO, I envision a future where our finance function becomes a powerful force for transformation, offering strategic insights and generating value throughout the entire organisation.”

The spree began with a move for GGPoker’s Marco Trucco as the group’s new CMO in July 2023 while former Ladbrokes and Playtech head Anna Komemi was named COO in January.
Finally, February saw ex-Raketech and Catena Media chief Klas Winberg join the Malta-based firm as CCO from Play North.
